You did it! Your generosity has helped PathLight match the $35,000 gift!
When we tallied up all the gifts that came in by December 31st it totaled $45,787. We were able to get all of it matched, so your support has provided PathLight with a total of $91,574 to launch us into our 7th year!
Thank you for everything. The financial gifts, the prayer, the words of encouragement, the people you connected us with … it all came together because of your time, treasure and talent.
This New Year is going to be amazing for PathLight. Because of your support, nineteen students who are waiting for a sponsor will be able to go to school. They will be involved in the after-school tutoring, mentoring, and discipleship programs that come with a PathLight sponsorship.
The Teacher Training Conference, which is so popular that teachers throughout the region want to attend, is going to be much larger because of your support. I’m not sure we’re going to be able to handle all the teachers who could sign up!
Plus your support is going to enable the mobilizing of hundreds of volunteers. PathLight had a record year last year with over 900 people visiting our center in Belize, and we expect even more this year.
All of us at PathLight consider ourselves blessed to have your partnership. As I wrote a few weeks ago, this work can impact a nation. It’s an honor to be involved in something so big, and a great encouragement knowing that you are supporting us step by step.
