We’re excited to share with you a new endeavor to help increase the positive exposure of your business while helping you make a positive impact in your local – and global – community. We’re calling it the Goble Properties Giving Fund and we’ll be matching dollar for dollar any contribution you make to it before December 31st.
The Goble Properties Giving Fund is a year-end campaign that will match 100% of all gifts made by Goble Properties tenants, vendors and other business partners (up to $50,000 total). Through the Goble Foundation your contribution to the Giving Fund will be tax deductible and 100% of the donations will go to benefit local and international non-profits, helping them create a brighter future for children in need.
The local non-profits are specific to where our commercial real estate properties are located. We’re proud to support The Taylor Family Foundation (Hopyard Village), City Team San Jose (Reynolds Circle, Yard Court, and Old Bayshore), and the Boys & Girls Club of Cathedral City (Perez Business Park). The international non-profits are two innovative organizations with close ties to Goble Properties: PathLight International and The SOLD Project. Funds raised in each location will go to the local non-profit and the two international non-profits, equally.
Here’s how it works: You can send in a check made out to “Roy and D’Aun Goble Foundation” designated to the Giving Fund, or you can give through the secure donation page for your particular city:
Cathedral City: Perez Business Park
Pleasanton: Hopyard Village
San Jose: Reynolds Circle, Yard Court, Old Bayshore
We’ll match all gifts 100% and after December 31st we’ll distribute the entire Giving Fund to the non-profits as mentioned above. And to thank you for your involvement in the Giving Fund, throughout the campaign the non-profits you’ll be supporting will highlight your business on their websites and social media, and you will also be highlighted on the Giving Fund Facebook page. Then, should we get a good response to the campaign, in early January 2014 we will run an ad in your local newspaper to highlight your gift. At the end of the campaign you’ll be invited to join us at a special event where we will give the funds to the non-profits – an event marketed to local media outlets through a press release.
This is a great way to get some good exposure for your business while doing a lot of good locally and internationally. Join with Goble Properties and your business neighbors to “help communities gain a better lease on life.” We hope you’ll join us in making a big difference this holiday season.
