We’re happy to announce that this year’s D’Oliva harvests were far beyond our expectations; so much so that we’re releasing not one, but TWO new olive oils!
The harvest took place over two days, from sun up to sun down, with the help of family and friends who carefully gathered and sorted the olives for the mill.
Since they were harvested on different days, these two extra virgin oils have a slightly different flavor profile. The Estate Harvest (early harvest) has a bold, green, peppery taste, while the Late Harvest has a slightly softer, more buttery taste. And they are now available for order!
Both the Estate and Late oils are available in 375 ML bottles ($22 per bottle). Due to popular request, this year we’re also offering the Estate Harvest oil in half-gallon bottles ($90). Last but not least, there are still a few bottles of 2012 oil available ($22 with a bonus pour spout).

Checks should be made payable to D’Oliva Olive Oil. Sorry, at this time we cannot take credit cards. Shipping is available and costs vary by location. If you live locally and want to pick up your oil, email us asking for location and time options.
