A few years ago we transitioned Jaguar Creek from a missions center to a jungle lodge, and the results have been amazing. While maintaining our focus on a Christ-centered mission, we’ve opened our doors to all visitors who wish to stay at this amazing place.
And the world is taking notice. Jaguar Creek has been recognized by TripAdvisor with a Certificate of Excellence, it is a Preferred property on Booking.com, and just recently it was awarded the Superhost status by Airbnb!
As Airbnb describes it, “Superhosts are experienced hosts who provide a shining example for other hosts, and extraordinary experiences for their guests.”
It’s great to see Jaguar Creek getting the recognition it deserves. There have been some hard working people who have helped to make this happen, but I want to specifically recognize Keith Cobell for his oversight, our General Manager Carlos Cuellar, past GM Ben Lawrence, and all the good folks working in the kitchen, on the grounds, making up the rooms, and coordinating guest experiences. Fantastic people all of them.
If you’d like to visit Jaguar Creek sometime, let me know. I go fairly often and would love to show you what all the excitement is about!
