With just two months to go the focus now is to get as many preorders as possible because they drive those indecipherable algorithms on the bestseller lists. The more preorders we get, the higher the book moves up the sales charts. The more it moves up the charts, the more it shows up in searches and recommendations. The marketing for Salvaged will kick into gear soon, and I need your help creating a top ten leadership list. This will be a free downloadable chapter in exchange for email address, so it needs to be of real value. The title needs to grab attention, be mildly edgy, and make people smile. Salvaged Update

In case you haven’t heard, my second book Salvaged, Leadership Lessons Pulled From the Junkyard will be released in January. Or maybe January-ish. The book has really come together in the last couple of months, with several exciting developments.

Most exciting — at least for me — is Bob Goff has agreed to write the foreword! Bob and I have known each other for half a century now, but it still amazes me how generous he is with his time. Unless you faithfully have read this blog for the past 7-years, you have probably never heard the word Freestarter™. And you might be asking why the ™ attached to it.
