We’re Running Out of Junk!
The Junkyard Summer Clearance is going to end soon, so this is your last chance to buy junk.
Wait. That didn’t sound right. How about, “This is your last chance to buy books at junkyard prices.”
Still not great, but you get the drift.
So why should you do this? I can think of three world-changing reasons:
- Because my books are incredible. At least that’s what everyone who works for me says, and they are clearly an unbiased audience.
- Because I’m selling them cheap. And everyone should buy a bargain even if they don’t need it. Wait. That’s not right either. Let’s just say they’re a bargain.
- Because… okay, I can’t think of a third reason. But the first two should be enough.
For $10, you can buy either Salvaged: Leadership Lessons Pulled from the Junkyard or Junkyard Wisdom Rebuilt. Add $5 shipping and we’ll probably toss some random Junkyard Wisdom™ stuff into the package.
Or for $20, we’ll send you both books, a Junkyard Wisdom shopping bag, a bonus surprise third book, and a bigger collection of fun/weird stuff. Add $14 shipping, and the whole package shows up at your door for $34.
What exactly will you get?
Hell if I know. That’s part of the fun.
You might get a useful tool. You might get stickers. You might get some Junkyard Wisdom stuff we’ve accumulated over the years. You might get something that makes you wonder why we sent it to you.
Or you might just get the books. We’re clearing this stuff out, so eventually we’ll run out of the fun/weird/junky extras. Order late and somebody else might get the good junk.
As for the books, Salvaged is about leadership lessons I learned growing up in a wrecking yard and over forty years of leading businesses, nonprofits, and ministries. It’s about finding value where others don’t see it, building good teams, making mistakes, and learning that leadership is mostly about people.
In my completely unbiased opinion, it has my very best stories.
Junkyard Wisdom Rebuilt is about faith, generosity, relationships, purpose, and trying to live a meaningful life in a world that doesn’t always cooperate.
In my equally unbiased opinion, it has my very best wisdom.
Already own them? Buy another copy and give it to somebody. Keep the junk for yourself. I won’t judge you.
